Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bilen mobile application, website at getbilen.com, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Bilen ("Bilen," "we," "us"). By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase credits. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. The Service

Bilen is an AI-powered creative studio. You can browse curated styles, upload or capture photos and videos, and generate edited or stylized results using credits in your wallet. Features may change over time as we improve models, styles, pricing, and platform support.

You may browse some content as a guest without an account. To generate, save history, purchase credits, or use referrals, you must sign in.

3. Accounts

  • You may register with email and password or use supported sign-in providers (such as Google or Apple).
  • You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
  • Notify us at support@bilen.app if you believe your account was accessed without permission.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or create risk for other users or Bilen.

4. Credits and purchases

  • Bilen uses a credit system. Credit packs are sold as consumable in-app purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play, processed via RevenueCat.
  • The credit cost of each style or generation is shown in the app before you confirm. Credits are deducted when a generation starts, subject to the rules shown at purchase time.
  • Prices, pack sizes, and per-style costs may change. Any change applies to future purchases or generations, not to credits already in your wallet unless required by law.
  • Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their respective store policies. Bilen does not process payment-card refunds directly. Contact the store or support@bilen.app if you believe a purchase was made in error.
  • Credits have no cash value outside the Service, are non-transferable except where a referral or payout program explicitly allows it, and may expire or be forfeited if your account is terminated for cause.

5. Your content and uploads

"Your Content" means photos, videos, text prompts, and other material you upload or submit to the Service.

  • You represent that you own Your Content or have all rights and permissions needed to upload and edit it, including likeness, copyright, and trademark rights where applicable.
  • You grant Bilen a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service — including sending it to AI providers to produce your requested output.
  • You retain ownership of Your Content and of outputs you lawfully generate, subject to third-party model and platform limitations described below.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload or generate illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, or hateful content.
  • Create non-consensual intimate imagery, content sexualizing minors, or material that exploits or endangers children.
  • Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent affiliation with Bilen or any third party.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Circumvent credit, payment, referral, or access controls.
  • Use the Service for spam, fraud, or unauthorized commercial resale of generations.

We may remove content, block generations, withhold credits, or suspend accounts that violate this section. We may also report unlawful activity to authorities where required.

7. AI-generated outputs

  • AI results are probabilistic and may vary in quality, accuracy, or resemblance. Bilen does not guarantee that any output will meet a particular creative, commercial, or legal standard.
  • You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or using them commercially, and for ensuring your use complies with applicable law and platform rules.
  • Bilen exports are provided without a Bilen watermark unless a specific feature states otherwise. Third-party model or licensing terms may still apply to certain use cases.
  • Failed generations caused by Service errors may be eligible for credit restoration at our discretion. Contact support with details if you believe credits were deducted incorrectly.

8. Referrals and payouts

Bilen may offer referral rewards, wallet bonuses, or cash-out programs in eligible regions. Additional rules, thresholds, and availability are shown in the app and may change or end at any time. Referral abuse — including self-referrals, fake accounts, or automated sign-ups — may result in forfeiture of rewards and account action.

9. Intellectual property

Bilen's name, logo, app design, style catalog, and underlying software are owned by Bilen or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use Bilen trademarks except as needed to refer to the Service in ordinary descriptive use.

10. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties including app stores, RevenueCat, Supabase, AI model providers, and analytics tools. Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms and policies. Bilen is not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

11. Account deactivation and termination

  • You may deactivate your account in the app. Deactivation starts a 14-day grace period before permanent deletion. Sign back in during that window and choose undo if you change your mind.
  • You may also request deletion or data export by emailing support@bilen.app, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • We may terminate or suspend access immediately for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or to protect the Service and its users.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BILEN AND ITS FOUNDERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BILEN'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO BILEN THROUGH IN-APP PURCHASES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY US DOLLARS (USD $50).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. In those cases, Bilen's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bilen from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. General

  • These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Bilen regarding the Service.
  • If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
  • Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
  • You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
